The cost of even a coffee date has made me limit who I give even consideration for a date too. If there wasn’t so much pressure to pay, I’d give more women a chance at a date. Since I have to pay, you better impress the hell out of me to get to that point.
The only kind of ticket pricing that I know of that is THAT high is at an IMAX theater. The rest are typically 10 to 12 bucks per person. Never hear of such a price otherwise.
oops I checked again. It’s only $15.50 at my local AMC. Off by 1.50. Welcome to the Bay, one of the most expensive regions in the world. Every place here is $15. The indie theaters are a little cheaper. Some of the suburbs are still in the $13-14 range for the chain multiplex.

Hollywood chemistry (visual aesthetics) is not real. That is lust. Again there is no such concept in biology as an instant connection. If you're not smelling the other person or swapping fluids it's not real.
I pay my way, or at least I try to. I have found that helps remove the "dinner *****" concept. However, most guys insist on paying. Last time I tried to say hey, let's split the check, the guy said what are we in high school? **shrug** go figure!

Yep, I don't believe in it either, but I must see it constantly written in women's profiles. I bet it's mostly men who write that crap in their profiles, not likely men would do the same. lol
