But since you pointed it out ...if there WAS a correlation I'd say it is a negative one in that shorter men have to try harder to succeed, both in bed and personality-wise. Just like average looking women - great looking women can be starfish.

I never count out shorter guys - I wasn't implying self-consciousness or even lack of confidence. But in reality, since so many women are said to be stuck on a 6' height minimum, it doesn't hurt to have some "skills". Dominance doesn't appeal to all women but "skills" appeal to all.

Only 1% of the population earns over six figure incomes.

The average height of the american male is around 5'10, not six feet tall. All the women I know who were hung up on tall men, who actually couldn't be physically attracted to any man under 6 feet, are still single. Some of these women are in their 40s, 50s and older and still single. And still refusing to date any man under 6 feet.

You'd be surprised how many male actors in Hollywood are under 5'9.

High expectations. High standards. Commendable...often yes. In this rare instance I find a major element missing. Reality.

Somewhere along the way I learned to convey what I contribute.....not so much what I expect to gain.
Relationships tend to ask...what is their to offer to build upon....not one of my relation were height or employment qualifiers. This included the man who had been unemployed for two years! Oops ! Need I clarify he was unemployed because he had sold his silicon Valley software at a great return! I loved telling my friends...now be nice to greg...he's unemployed. Most were "sensitive" to that info til they put all the data together and realized I didn't mislead them...they just assumed unemployed meant low life or n'r do well.
So I'll take a greg that hasn't " earned "a six figure in years.

We can always want what we want. Can't blame people for that, I suppose.

A 6' cutoff would eliminate about 84% of the Adult male population of the United States...

Exactly. That's why it's so sad that women refuse to date men under 6 feet tall. It's unrealistic. These women will likely be single forever. Particularly if they combine the 6 feet requirement with insisting the man earn a six figure income.

Why is it a woman can insist on a guy being over six feet but if a man says he wants a woman with huge ta ta's it's considered bad form. Lol.

That is what those guys mean when they say a large percentage of women only want a small percentage of the men.

I don't even get what is so special about 6 ft.

Exactly. Like I implied in another post, I don't have a problem with lengthy lists as long as that person is comfortable on their own and the choice they make. The problem is people that have these lists, and then complain "oh there aren't any good men/women out there, they're all losers!", or something like that. If it comes to this, it just might be time to re-evaluate your list.
