Today, I threatened a gu who owes me money, by saying that I am adding extra money onto his bill if he keeps defaulting. The guy needs a few months in leg casts to appreciate how I am trying to help him pay the money.

I got a brand new five-year battery in my car, got the oil changed, brakes inspected, tires rotated. And the two guys that helped me were friendly and professional and not patronizing.
And I also got a reply to an email I had sent to my old boss in my last job, confirming his contact information and telling me if there were any possible job openings, he'd let me know in the future.
