Rowed some gears in my car on the way to the park and ride, always puts a smile on my face.

Oh, I wholeheartedly agree! Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to make long-term plans right now.

I spent the day with my husband and children at an amazing plantation...it is actually the ruins of a once stately manor that was built in the 1700's and it burned in 1916...quite a lovely place.

Then we went out on the boat, went skiing and wake boarding...had a blast!
I'm happy! I woke up this morning!

You sure make long-term plans, TT. Try not to book anything past Dec 2012, though... just in case...
Too funny!

Today, I threatened a gu who owes me money, by saying that I am adding extra money onto his bill if he keeps defaulting. The guy needs a few months in leg casts to appreciate how I am trying to help him pay the money.

I got a brand new five-year battery in my car, got the oil changed, brakes inspected, tires rotated. And the two guys that helped me were friendly and professional and not patronizing.

And I also got a reply to an email I had sent to my old boss in my last job, confirming his contact information and telling me if there were any possible job openings, he'd let me know in the future.
