Its funny, I remember reading a book about being a super salesmen back in the 70's where the author stated as long as you don't quit talking they can't say no. I somewhat agreed then but I believe we are all way past that now.

That sounds familiar...the guy was supposed to be the #1 salesman in the US, right? What the heck was his name? He had a bunch of books on sales techniques?
