I wish my bf had an intrested in cooking. He can barley work the microwave. He does enjoy my cooking tho.

I think you should keep the name.

I think I heard something like that playing at our small "artsy" theatre here. A Bollywood movie?
Yep, small budget but won a good amount of awards...is being released in bigger cinemas on Friday, I think!! My husband and I are thinking about going tonight.

Some years ago I was trying to postpone my vacation in Puerto Vallarta by a week or two as I found out the rainy season might not be over yet at the time I booked it. Thank goodness I couldn't do it. A week after we got back it was hit by a hurricane and it never even happens there on a regular basis. Sooo... you never know what's good or bad...

I'm mighty happy they got your car started darlin'. Thank you, Hawk. Unfortunately, there's a lot of pain - dental & financial. Up until today I was happy and debating between a nice vacation or some more decorating and furnishing of my new house all the while feeling kind of guilty of doing either one in such sucking for many times. I don't have to worry about it at all anymore as today the decision was made for me - neither one. I'll try to enjoy my brand new root canal AND bridge! as much as I possibly can.

And to top it off, I even managed to make a wrong decision about where exactly to spend the same obscene amount of money!

Talking about a day from Hell!

I am so sorry. Hopefully the pain will subside by morning...at least the physical pain might. Hang in there!

Thank you, Polly. The physical pain is gonna go away quickly. The other one ain't....

Oh, I have more fun in store... More numbing and drilling tomorrow courtesy of my own choice, I believe. If I'm not mistaken, when I had the other root canal done it was done the same day because the guy was a specialist. This one wasn't and I wasn't told about it beforehand. When I found out it was too late. The other place was gonna do it today, I think. For some reason I decided this one was friendlier and down-to-earth. Oh, and let's not forget... right by my office, so I don't upset the boss being gone too much! Fear, fear, fear... always wonderful basis for decisions! Besides, the day had already started out great... by the time I made it to this decision I was already going nuts! And I'm supposed to take antibiotics. They go well with scotch... Oh, well, ain't gonna be the first time.

Hey, maybe the guy up there picked the right Powerball numbers for me... Yeah, right!

Hope your chompers are back to normal real soon, Sierra! I'm self employed & can barely pay my own health insurance, so dental coverage is out of the question.
I know your pain (both in the pocketbook & in the mouth! )

They gave me some AMAZING pain killers last time I had dental work done.
An hour after taking the first pain pill, I was thinking, "insurance?? we don't need no stinking insurance!!"

No s**t! I had really bad migraines one year & they gave me this nasal spray called Stadol, i think. Holy cow! I do not know what was in that stuff, but I was on the moon. Probably chasing the above mentioned cow that jumped over it...or did he run away with the spoon?

But I digress (oddly, one of my favorite sayings...but I digress)...Sierra, hurry up & feel better. Just not the same without you telling it like it is!
