I worked with a couple in my life. Their anger was extreme. Everyone has some degree of anger, or you wouldn't be human. I channel mine by complaining about things external to work, during my lunch hour and at a restaurant, with the other co-workers who also tend to complain. Complainers find each other!
At any rate, one was fired. The other was the son of a company exec who took over the helm when this exec retired. They did Emergenetics profiles on everyone in the firm and this bastard came up with a 3% on the social scale. (They measure 4 scales to come up with a total of 100%). This was one sick SOB and that 1/33rd of your profile is your social skills is indicative of that. However, what happened was that the "brightest and the best" walked out of the firm within a year or so, "voting with their feet" and causing him massive losses on projects because of major interruptions.
Sociopaths form groups. Eg: Hilter, Himmler etc. Strength in numbers. It isn't one person that acts out and makes everybody feel nervous. It's usually a group.
The person you described sounds like a rude person going through the motions or a midlife crisis. lol

they are pretty scary they like to social interact a lot but how they act and what they say is often the direct opposite of what they feel. which is usually very negative and hostile to others. they enjoy intimacy in a very negative way. they like to hurt other people. occasionally they show up on CDF. they often but not always think that others are unaware of their behavior or motives. sort of like someone cleverly hiding behind an invisible bush.
I read from several sources and online sources a lot of the SKers are associated with gangs or mafia.
Some were sited as anesthesiologists or nurses that off their clients for who knows what reasons. Who knows if that is really true!?
The other ones work solo or with a partner but that is even more rare. You've heard or read about those types and they target a certain type of individual eg: the homeless, hitchhikers, children, older women, etc.
But it's a good idea to keep a look out for anything suspicious and always be protective of yourself and family.
