^^ not nuts or desperate...he obviously thought they had made a connection over the previous months communicating via email and telephone...she just sent "doctored" pictures...at least that is the feeling I'm getting from the post...

Ha!! Honestly, I don't think they get any stupider than lonely girls.
I went out with this girl once; took her to a Korean restaurant. I tried to be creative with the menu and ordered something I never had and looked good in the picture. Bad Idea. That dish came out to be GIGANTIC and was meant for like 8 people. It was the most awkward dinner ever! We didn't say much to each other for the whole night.
i went hiking with a guy on a second date, he drove me on a winy road to get to tthe national park where the trail was. i got extremely car sick and had him to stop the car 10 + times to throw up. he was very nice and patient and even went to store to buy me carsick medicine. after that terrible date i thought he would't call me again but he did. lol. too bad we didn't turn out to be in a relationship. it was the awful date that makes me start liking him....
The joys of living in a rural area! One of my "dates" stole the waitresses tip off the table when we were leaving. I only found out because my daughter was friends with another employee of the restaurant and the bus boy saw him do this. I confronted him and he stated "I might have"...ummm...enough to throw me over the edge. I would have preferred honesty about his financial hardships as opposed to taking away money that I planned for the waitress. I guess it should have cued me in when he was nickel and diming it when the bill came. We were going dutch anyhow, but the tip stealing really annoyed me. I took a larger tip back to the resaurant a couple days later and apologized for my cheap "date". I explained that I didn't want it to be a reflection of my social etiquette. UGGHHH!! Let me emphasize that this "date" was a coworker employed by the same agency I worked for. It was not some cheezy blind date from someone who had a sketchy reputation or was unemployed or a social deviant. Needless to say, the relationship went NOWHERE immediately following the incident. Cheap bastard!
