No offense Amy but this really isn't something to send out at work. Your supervisor might not care for it if they were to find out and there ARE co-workers who could forward something like this to the "wrong" person. Please, be careful.
BTW, I would much rather someone who wanted to "get to know" me strike up a conversation over lunch.

Yeah, I see what your saying but these can still be fun... You never know what kinds of answers you'll get and normally you don't talk about this stuff over lunch..
