Hey you're beautiful when you're angry. Don't sweat it.

I obviously have a high tolerance for this type of stuff, because I really haven't noticed the increased testiness in the atmosphere here today

I haven't noticed it much, although Artsy seems to be having some minor issues today. But he knows I love him, so it's all good!

Your muscles have memory. Every night when you sit down to watch TV, just get on the floor in front of your TV for a few minutes and try to do splits as far as you can. If you do this every day for a few minutes a day, in about 30 days you will be able to do splits again. I have to do this stuff every day. At first you will be a little sore, but it goes away. Also stretch your arms and do some side bends. Oh, and don't forget - bend forward, grab the backs of your ankles and try to pull your head as close to your shins as possible. Again, if you take a few minutes every day, in 30 days your flexibility will be greatly improved.
