What has happened to humility? When did it go out of style? Everyone wants their 15 mins of fame. Everyone wants to be a rock star.

What happened to silent service?

I've been in meetings, watching people. I find that even older adults don't "see" themselves as blowhards, or know it alls.

A little self-awareness is the order of the day.
