Was she white? My college roommate was between sizes 8 -10 but she had a big butt and she'd get pissed when guy called her "thickness" or told her to pull over. I had to explain that was a compliment
I'll take the one in the middle thank you very much.
I just quickly read the article and something else occurred to me. I wonder if men were given the three girls' corresponding DRESS sizes, if they would still choose the second or third girl. Reason: I see a lot of personal ads where the guys actually specify a certain size (i.e. size 8 or smaller).
The story accompany these girls' photos indicated that most men picked either the second or third girl...the second girl is a size 12, and the third is a size 14...sizes that I've also seen compared to "cows", "fat", and "obese" by men.
Just a thought out there...the very skinny girl who few men chose is actually the magical size 8 everyone always wants (although these days it seems to be an even smaller 6 or 4 you hear men talking about).
It's all just perception anyway, IMO, but I see a lot of disparities among men about this issue.
Every single one of those women has a beautiful face so I don't think they'd have any problems thick or thin.
In THIS article, I find it strange that some of those women are even considered to be plus size...what a strange idea of women the advertising and fashion industry clings to.
