Default SO getting violent when their "team" loses

OK...so what part of ridiculous do these women who are getting beaten not get? My husband gets upset over the Yankees and their shinnagins lately and hoots and hollers but never lays a hand on me. Good grief, I know yelling at the T.V., switching channels and not being able to watch their fav lose is common with guys...a guy thing so to speak but to have women actually beaten...there is more going on here than anyone is admitting.

It isn't the fact that a team loses that causes this outright.

It just puts fans in a position where everyday annoyances are multiplied because their mind is in a fragile state already, and they overreact.

I am a huge sports fan, and have never hit a woman or got into any fights after one of my teams loses.... it's called maturity...

Seems they need to get some.

I don't know about violence, but I know men that become whiny like brats or become enraged like wild beasts, but never violence maniacs.

I don't see any hidden agenda behind this, she said her friend works in domestic violence.
