I have met this wonderful guy who loves me to bits...
He is a nice person but he said something that really threw me the other day.
He asked me if I would do ectasy with him!
I am not sure how to take it...
I guess at least he is not hiding it from me and wants to share the experience with me...
I know its a love drug maybe he wants to have those loving feelings with me? as it also amplifies sensations when one touches or caresses another particulary during sex

No, I've never done it. Heard it's the worst, heard it's not so bad. Usually the truth lies somewhere in between. Good rule of thumb, with any of that stuff, alcohol included, if it's moderate it's no big thing. If it isn't moderate it is. Tread lightly.
Not everyone who does a recreational drug now and then is a giant loser.
However, it is illegal, and maybe speaks to his character there.
Not to mention it speaks to his maturity level. If you have to get wasted or drugged to have a good time, you still have some growing up to do (and yeah, I mean with alcohol, too).
Well, about four years ago we had a 17-year old girl in our city take Ecstasy. She had a terrible reaction to it, stripped naked, and walked onto the freeway offramp at 2 a.m. in the morning. She was killed by a oncoming car exiting the freeway.
The man who was 19 years old at the time who sold her the ecstasy was tracked down and sent to prison. It was in all the newspapers here.
I don't think you should take it, for your own sake.
I'm not into drugs and have never used ecstasy but I have heard that making it illegal was controversial and that it appeared to be useful as a medication in certain circumstances when prescribed by psychiatrists. Here's a link to a British website that discusses it.

Of course you should keep in mind that it is illegal and there have been a few cases of individuals who had very bad reactions. Personally I wouldn't do it.
Ecstasy is a highly addictive drug!!! Anyone who says that it's okay now and then haven't done much reading! It's nothing like smoking weed occasionally, it gives you an incredible high and makes for an unbelievable sex. Many people get hooked on it.
