We have a king size bed.

Wow, how delightful, right?

Wrong!

Believe it or not, every night we get into the same argument:

"Hey, Come over here baby, why are you all the way over there?"
"Well, why don't you come over here? Why do I have to be the one to come over there all the time?"
"Let's meet in the middle then".
"No, you come over here".
"Why are we arguing over this?"
"No, we are not arguing over anything".
"Right, whatever".
"yeah you're right, whatever".
"Goodnite".
"Goodnite".

Everybody ends up sleeping on their side of the bed, no cuddling, nothing.

Silly, right? But I have to honest, this is what happens almost every night. I'm thinking this bed is ruining my relationship and I'm thinking of switching to either queen or full size to reduce all these unnecessary arguments.

What's your experience and/or opinions on this?

King size here. I'm 5"2, he's 6 feet. It feels good to be able to stretch out! Slept in a queen size for a long time. We can always meet in the middle...

We're big folks...King all the way! And I'm not one for spooning/cuddling; I need my space.

Heck, even my 3 year old has a queen size bed! LOL

We're tall, so king is best for us. The bed was difficult to get upstairs due to the way the stairs turn, and that jacked up the bed even more than it already was from two interstate moves. When we get a new bed, we might go with a queen, but it will completely depend on what we can get up the stairs, particularly the box springs.

I have a king as well and I feel the void sometimes when sleeping alone. And when my bf is over its sometimes a travel to get to his side or him to my side.

And the middle isn't that comfortable for some reason hmm

I had a queen prior to purchasing my house (well I still have it but its in one of the guest rooms) I like it a little more (sometimes) because well you were always close.

We have a king. We both need our own space so it works out fine. There's got to be room for the cats too!

Small house. Room to small for King but that would be nice. But two of us in a queen bed ain't that bad. I'm 5' 10" and she's 5' 4" and both of us are fairly trim so it's not as critical. Besides, after 20 years of marriage, I still like her so I'm not trying to get away.
