Yes, they are.

The scientific method requires us to make observations of our surroundings to form knowledge about the world. Knowledge, according to this method, ultimately rests on evidence found in reality.

In contrast, religious faith demands belief without evidence or even in contradiction to the evidence. Instead of looking outwards to reality to systematically gain knowledge, faith rejects a methodical processing of facts and urges us to look inwards. In practice, this means feeling-based convictions become the final arbiter of truth.

Science and faith are fundamentally at odds with each other, and cannot skip along happily hand-in-hand.

Ah, I see you're still here trollishly inserting trollish statements that weren't actually made.

I like how people just assume there is only one God when there just as easily could be an entire office building full of them

The only thing that is proven is that God does not heal amputees.

The evidence for God is all around, but some dismiss it.
Just look at the butterfly, that's proof of god. When you see the butterfly being devoured by a bird of lizard do you kneel and praise gods glory or is it gory.
Why can't god heal amputees? He can create a Universe, sneeze into dirt and create man, pull a rib out and presto..........backyard barbecue and a women to prepare it.
"Now just where did I put that healing amputee formula I was working on. I know I had it with me when Lucifer and I were tipping a few last Wednesday"

There were lots of 'em. That's why they were called legionaires.
