It is you that cherry-picks. You pick only (almost always just the U.S.) areas that contradict overall global trends, and hold them up by your thread titles as indicative of how people are generally conducting themselves.
Unless you critique how well some supposed Deity sees to it its children are fed...then you note people starving in Africa, not western societies where few starve.
I see humans as global entities...we live on Earth. I note China relative to Religion, because it is the largest influencing factor there is currently.

He does not get that Americans are behind on letting go of bible myths. The rest of the industrialized world is working on it or has already passed us by.
