That was one of my favorite stories as a kid. I was very into Asimov, he's like my favorite writer.

I still think the Foundation Trilogy is the best SF I have ever read. The Last Question is a great short story. I had read it decades ago, but thanks for the refresher! Asimov was indeed a genius.

I reckon we all have MANY QUESTIONS about why we are here,the universe,WHAT SPACE IS,etc.......

Dying stars don't create new stars. A star dies because it has used up all of its hydrogen fuel.
