To quote the conclusion: "While the veracity of the story is in question, it is physically possible for a sperm whale to swallow a human whole, as they have been known to swallow giant squid whole. However, such a person would drown or be dissolved in the whale's stomach."

Yet, it actually happened.
In any event, I've heard theologians suggest that Jonah did not survive. It seems he might have been dead. Read the account of it, and it describes how he went down to the depths. He very likely died, and the whale was simply used to transport his body to the surface.
You should have researched that a bit. This story is just..a story.

Now that's very odd as I've mentioned a couple of times that our posting pal proved to me that a number of dead sea scrolls often agree with the Septuagint and not with the OT passages in your Bible. Ok, you can't read every post, so you may have missed it. Now you know. Accurate transmission of the Scriptures is a claim that doesn't stand up to scrutiny.
There was a more recent claim by a Spanish fisherman that he survived 3 days in a whale's stomach and 'Prayed and prayed' and was saved. Nothing more than this improbable story.

This isn't a 'lack of proof' matter (the 'negative evidence is invalid' argument, which is itself invalid but too convenient for Bible -believers to let go of). It is inability to refute an objection that a man cannot survive in a whale 3 days. What you are doing is ignoring the arguments.
