Yup, I quote the Bible. You quote imperfect, biased, deceived men.

Hmmm... scripture by a holy, perfect, infinite, omnipotent, omniscient God or a YouTube video by an deceived, blinded, finite, limited thinking human being. I'll take Scriptures from a Holy God for $500 Alex!

My take on biblical quotes is similar to this.

"The inspiration of the Bible depends on the ignorance of the person who reads it."

"Fear believes—courage doubts. Fear falls up the earth and prays--- courage stands erect and thinks. Fear is barbarism---courage is civilization. Fear believes in witchcraft, devils and ghosts. Fear is religion, courage is science."

Robert Ingersoll

And yet sometimes those who claim that science is on their side have tunnel vision. Back in 1973 I had an encounter with two demons by the names of Abjar and Altra. Now this would go over the head of most scientist. Yet this event was understood by other Christians who were aware of what was happening to me. Science is often blind sighted by their own world view. And the spiritual nature of events cannot be understood by those who have not taken the time to really question the reality of God. And often men of science are limited by their physical eyes. And sometimes reality is revealed in things unseen.

How can you tell someone who has seen two demons from someone who has a medical condition called "schizophrenia"?

Prove there are no invisible leprechauns. The burden of proof is on the investigator because they're the ones that are making the claim. Rather than saying 'god did it,' I find it better to suspend judgement until science gives a naturalistic, empirical explanation. Stephen Hawking's A Brief History of Time describes how the universe could have started naturally.

Remember when there are extraordinary claims there should be extraordinary evidence.
O, don't have extraordinary evidence? case closed
