What the hell is Mystic talking about when he mentions consciousness as God? (Christian, belief)

My effort is not to prove anything but to disprove the automatic atheism that is being pushed in this forum. I have said before, and I do again, I have no desire to interfere with your obviously sincere love of God no matter how wrong I think you are about why you believe and love God. I just think it is sad that you are motivated by ANY kind of fear of God or negative consequences from our Father.
I'm not afraid of those consequences because they do not apply to me.
But I do believe them because that is part of God's Word.
So there's where we part ways, I believe the whole Word of God and you obviously don't.
I am thoroughly familiar with where you are coming from so you have to know I see no difference between ANY "them" and "us" because we all ARE the same source. How and why we manifest differently is a function of how our individual bodies and brains deal with the fixed and unthinking animal drives that are part of manifesting our Spirit.
Then why do we need look to the philosophers and other sources to learn morality. Why not from within?
Forget about where I am coming from just answer the question objectively.

You believe the whole of the Bible. I believe the Bible only CONTAINS inspirations from God interpreted by fallible humans so not everything in the Bible is from God. The Bible tells us about Jesus who IS the Word of God but that does not make the Bible the word of God.
OK, I have only ONE question.
Mystic, WHY does it have to be GOD?
I am asking a VERY simple question. With all that word soup, that you concocted in your entry OP, why it has to be GOD?
Can't you come up with something better? Less obviously religious?
Can't it simply be Consciousness - and nuff said? What is it with this pathological desire to always have a "man in the sky", a Holy Father? I mean - I use word "god", as many simply can't get past the concept and that's where thinking stops hence, talking about other concepts, transcending "god" is pointless, it's tossing dry pees against the Great Wall of China, simply bounces off. Is it the same situation here - just a commonly used term to "get through"? I'll buy that. You don't really believe in GOD, do you?

What you are addressing is semantics and baggage. That I understand.

I do not know what else to call an entire Reality responsible for all existence that is also conscious if not God! It is the consciousness I encountered that makes God the appropriate characterization.

2Tim. 3:16
All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness,
Yes, I do, but "breathed out by God" means inspired, not dictated, and "profitable" means useful for instruction NOT infallible.
That's a long winded statement that translates to "no I don't."
