Someone who behaves in manner always consistent with their own conscience and code of conduct. And I like the regardless of personal gain or loss too. Principled. From one who has thought thru what their principals are and that they are consistent with each other. Opposite of hypocritical.

My paraphrase: When speaking the truth, speaking all of the truth, not holding back, to reflect complete transparency in communication.
