It is a logic.

By the way..I am muslim .
None of that has answered the question about people before Jesus.
It didn't answer the question why one has to worship and pray on a daily bases to be forgiven.

Also, if god already knows who is who, what does it matter anyway?

What is that "same generic answer"?

Catholics (real Christians) do not believe such garbage
OT, but are you saying that if one isn't a Catholic, they are not a "true" Christian? Must you be Catholic in order to go to heaven?

That's the way I understand the statement. If we have understoodd it correctly it is false teaching.

Default your answer....

what happened before JC, they prayed to god but everyone were prisoners to sin...

You dont have to just accept christ you have to have a relationship with him. Pray to him, read his word, live his word, and yes if you sin ask for forgiveness. Once you really accept the lord and live in his word, youll know, youll feel the safeness, sounds like none of you are real followers, its a wonderful feeling when you have a relationship with him, just like any relationship, like with family and friends, you have to spend time with them, talk to them and learn and love them...try it you might like it, that is having a real relationship with jesus...

prayers to you all that you can find him and love him and trust in him

Muslims believe in the three prophets( Moses, Jesus, and Mohamed ) and three holy books in general .

The Quran learned us how to be a good believer in the messengers of God...their history and their miracles.

Muslims believe in Mohamed as their salvation.
Christians believe in Jesus as their salvation.

I believe in both of them are my salvation even I am a muslim.
I wish if they accept me to be my saviour in the eternal life.
