I see so many people on this forum who seem to be posting at all hours of the day and night and it makes me wonder what else these people do. Of course I'm one of them myself but I have an excuse, I'm retired and I don't have a life. But what about the rest of you? I get the feeling that there's probably alot of people on the forum who have internet access at their jobs and they pop in and out during their work day and then come home and post even more. I can't believe that all of you are either retired or unemployed. So come on, admit it, how many of you are posting on the forum when you're supposed to be working?

Okay okay, I'll bite. I do have a bit of time on my hands, becoming less lately though. I'm semi-retired but love full work. Tough over here in Svenskland and this climate. Have school in the afternoons, also swimming in evenings and volunteer conducting school for public speaking and teaching in English.

If I had my old situation/property back up in the wilderness where I was for 24 years, then I think I'd rarely be on the Internet. We had lousy TV reception (2 channels) and never watched , let alone the old time dail-up NET option you're forced to use in the middle of nowhere. So this fills a void I suppose, but becoming less as time goes on here lately.

I do, but due to the type of work I do there are frantic periods of work followed by quiet periods of awaiting test results. We are allowed by the company to surf the internet during those waiting times. As long as my production remains high and my accuracy remains above 97.5%, they have no issues with my internet activity during work hours.

Not me. I'm a stay at home mommy, except for Thursday and Friday mornings, then I clean houses, and there's no way I could work and sit on internet at the same time!

But, I will admit, I go back and forth from internet to on the floor with baby, so I guess you could say I'm "working"...lol.

Between teaching all of you on here that I know it all (joke for Bluefly!), and teaching baby how to find her nose, I'm worn out!

I'm only on during the day as my job has intervals where I have down time. I don't post at night because when I go home, it's family time. On weekends it different. I either post at night or in the morning unless it a frigid day and I don't want to venture out. Summer is almost upon us so I will be on the computer only in the mornings on the weekends. Still will be on during the days though during the week.

I'm a work at home mom (I run an online community for parents), so I pop on here off and on throughout the day. Usually when I'm already online to work for my own site, anyway.

I am self-employed so I can post from wherever I have an internet connection.

I do not. It happens that my job does not come with 9-to-5 hours (neither do I have Saturday and Sunday for my days off). That explains the hours for my postings.
