A system that approximates (very well) the real motions of the sun, moon and planets. But it is not accurate.
That's why it was replaced by the Keplerian heliocentric system.

You know, A1000, when you use such really big words and phrases, it causes the very confusion YSM talks about experiencing in her earlier life. The experiences that made her jump ship onto the Christian lifeboat. She requires very simple and easily understood answers, and places them above all else simply because she can understand them.
This approach, if she were the Totalitarian Queen, would have us all staring at black and white TVs (at best), tube-type radios and Model T automobiles. All quite simple and easy to understand so let's stop there, and arrest the progress of scientific curiosity and understanding, shall we?
The early attempts to create both a mathematical and a physical model of a geocentric galaxy were confounded by excessive and unmanageable complexity. The later, simpler Keplerian model was so obvious and logical (not to mention observable in real life...) that it immediately took precedence.
Read this and weep.
