You need to get some clarity on the $500. None of what you've stated is remotely connected to the lease documents you've posted and you don't know what you don't know. That's item #1.

Item #2. You will be responsible for the prorated rent in October. If you give notice today, that means 9 days in October, or 30% of your normal rent.

You're right. I do not want pity I just need advice.

You're right. I know nothing.

You're right again, I need clarity on the $500. But, I keep writing that when I went in on the 3rd the manage just said that their will be charges for MOVING OUT.

If I didn't log in to the Portal, I would not even know about the $500. No email,no notice...NOTHING.

Robert

Can you explain why you don't call the leasing office and ask them?

Because if it is for moving out charges, I need to know where it is on the Lease Agreement. Or, what is the $500 for. I do not want to go in and talk to her, no one does.

Maybe I should, because I KNOW that she will not rescind the $500.

Are you sure this is a charge for "moving out"? Or did she say you would have to pay $500 "when you move out"? There is a difference. If it is the latter, then it might be a mandatory cleaning fee upon move-out; but I don't see that in your lease (but you only posted three pages of it).

But I also don't see any amount listed as a deposit or an amount listed for the "Non-Refundable Preparation Fee". Did you really pay no deposits?

It just went up to $544. It must be because of the 30 day notice.

Portal:

9/5 Rent $494

9/9 Late charges $50 and $544

No deposit. No one ever asked for 10 yrs.

She did not say any amount just for moving out.

I don't know nothing. Just that I have to take the written notice today and find out.

That is exactly what it is... everyday you dick around trying to find answers from strangers, your bill is going up. It’s simple. You failed to give notice and now your paying for it.

Didn’t you read your lease?? You posted it, but did you read it???
