Do tenants really like it to live like pigs and than move out and say they cleaned it...

Yikes! Our minivan is pretty messy. We're on the go all the time, and to be honest, I don't keep on top of keeping it in pristine condition. Our apartment is clean, though. I guess if we move, we will clean out the van first! LOL!

You know, that's a really good idea. I stopped and thought about the peole I know for a couple of minutes, and you are right. The slobs in their homes are almost all also slobs in their cars, and those who keep a really clean house also keep really clean cars. It's not 100% foolproof, but that with how they are dressed and groomed says an awful lot.
