No, not the soap opera, I mean the days in our lives. If you are retired, do you ever forget them or get them mixed up? Do you feel differently about them? Like the weekends are not such a big deal any longer if you don't have to work?
I used to always know what day it was when I worked. Now I sometimes find I have to take a peek at the calendar to make sure I'm on the right day. Anyone else have to do this?
Today, my husband asked me (while we were in town) if I knew what day it was. I said "I DID !", but only because it was ground beef Tuesday @ the meat market. LOL However, I did have to look at the calendar a couple days ago, so I could make it to town for the special.

The only reasons I know what day it is is because I go to the gym on MWF and I go to a spin bike class on Thursday and also Thursday is the day to put out the rubbish bin. I won't go shopping on weekends as the stores are too crowded.
It's pretty bad when you show up at the dentist and are told by the receptionist it's the wrong day. It happened.
