They have reminder programs that will sound an alarm when you are in that location (say you need bandaids at walgreen's".

I've never found them particularly user friendly though it' been awhile since I've messed with them.

I use my iPhone to set reminders sometimes when I'm driving. All I have to do is speak to it. I also set alarms for my reminders sometimes a day before and then an hour before the scheduled item is due.

Jumping off the route that you have picked, simply making a turn ... whatever. You can set Profanity to On (R), Some (PG-13), None (PG) or Off (No Fun).

The Insults setting is either On or Off.

Voices are UK, US, Australia or India ... and the profanity and insults follow the voice.

It uses Mapbox technology for the mapping.

DH uses it to read restaurant menus if he forgot his reading glasses.
My phone has 'Magnifier' which I love.

I also use the 'Flashlight' a bit.

I like 'US Topo Maps' for when I go out hiking.

I also like 'PlantNet' for ID'ing wild plants.
