Again, provide something of the contrary instead of deflecting. You are digging yourself a bigger hole with each post where you fail to defend yourself. You can't keep attacking my source without providing any information yourself. Afterall, you are the one making most of these negative claims in the first place without backing any of them up.
Newsflash: NYS is actually an abbreviation for "New York State". These are agencies that have conducted the research, although your link doesn't specify if it was information from either source for the statistic you're clinging to. I see the agencies. I don't see the data. Until you provide data, your argument is invalid and opinions worthless. Move on.

you know that raw data such as that is something that you or me would not have easy access to. And if not from the tourism agencies, where else would the data come from? Who else is going to keep track of tourist numbers other than tourism agencies? Just like law enforcement agencies keep track of crime data...retail industry keeps track of sales, etc. You keep deflecting because you know you have no ground to stand on.

There is a lot to like about Rochester. There is also a lot to dislike. I just think the attitudes and moral here keeps this place from advancing. Even though people praise the weather here that also is a cause of the decline.

I know the city in and out. I would say people avoid the city because they know better.
