I have always said, nothing keeps out riff raff like a little cold weather. Here is the reason why crime is non existent here. Its pretty hard to have a drive by shooting when the window can't be rolled down or the pistol has a cracked barrel from the cold!

In case you missed it, check out the minus sign to the upper right number. That is NOT wind chill.



-45º F without windchill factored in, is downright chilly.
