Which burb area, in your opinion, has the better commute time/route to Sac City College? Are there "Street" routes to commute without needing to get on the I-80 or US-50?

Note: I posted about relocating to Sac prior to this thread. Seems South Sac is forbidden territory when raising small children.

It's forbidden territory to certain users here who consider raising a kid within the Sacramento city limits to be a form of child abuse. Many people have better results, and you could probably find a suitable place in Curtis Park or Hollywood Park that would be within a few minutes' bike ride.
