Default Anyone Know the Reputation of the Medina Valley ISD ?

Good, Bad, Better/Worse than others? How would it compare to NISD ?

I heard it was supposed to be good.

Since nobody has replied to you yet, I will tell you what I found...It isn't much though...sorry!

If you go to GreatSchools.net you will see that it doesn't rank quite as high as some of the schools in the NISD. We're looking to relocate to SA and schools are a factor for us. I usually look up the stats on great schools website...it tells quite a bit. However, there is nothing like getting it straight from the horse's mouth

Good luck!

Lackland AFB (Southwest SA) and Ft. Sam (central SA) are affected by BRAC, but these will have an overall net gain of I believe 9,000 jobs. I don't believe Randolph AFB (Northeast of San Antonio) is not affected. Brooks AFB (Southeast SA) is continuing to go through a realignment to the city as did the former Kelly AFB.

Comal County is nice. Good schools and homes. Like everywhere else around SA, it is growing fast. Randolph AFB is the closest to Comal County.
Do a search (in CD) on New Braunfels, Bulverde, Spring Branch, and Canyon Lake for more detailed info.
