Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew of a real estate company in town that is looking for part time agents only. Because of the economy I have had to take on a full time job (need reliability of steady paychecks) and can only practice real estate on a small, part time basis. It seems alot of companies only want full time agents, which I cannot do right now. Or they are asking so many fees that I cannot pay it, especially if I'm not practicing full time. Any suggestions?

You need to talk to a company like Keller Williams or someone that offers a lot of training that you can take part in.

Two I can think of: Alamo Real Estate Brokers (commission split no fees), Covenant Partners (100% commission to the agent and flat fee under $500 per transaction to the brokerage). You won't get formal training at either of those places.
