My father-in-law is the maintenance guy at the Majestic towers. He stays busy but he hasn't ever had anything catastrophic to deal with (except when that lady "fell" out the window - that was gross but not an everyday occurance!). He likes the management there and apparently gets treated very well, which, I think, says a lot for the filthy rich people who own the towers and the people who live there.

I've tried renting out that Penthouse unit, but the waiting list is a bit wacky for my tastes. Beautiful layout though.

I'd just not be keen on having to park in the garage and shlep my groceries back into my unit. Small thing to deal with. Still an interesting old building.
