I figured it would be demolished, since it's not going to be an amphitheater again, at least not for a couple of decades. The sale of the property included a 20-year restriction in the deed that prohibits it from being used as a concert venue. That was in our earlier thread on this topic below.

About the only other use I could think of for it would be a church. IIRC, there were rumors that a church might buy it before it sold last year.

Interesting, Bowie..do you have a link that shows it can't be used for concerts for 20 yrs? If not there, I would sure like to see another amphitheater built!
