A 200+ acre development of the former Steubing Farm could include single family, multi-family, and commercial components. A new road would link DeZavala at Babcock to Hausman. Zoning was approved several months back.

On a a side note: What is being built next to the Sams Club on DeZavala? The sign says DD&B Construction which often builds hotels.

Wait, so it's just for sale? This confuses me because they are all already connected...just congested. I hope it takes a long time for this area to be sold. I would hate for it to become student housing (as advertised even though it may be needed) or some random crap that we already have in the area.

Interesting development. I wonder if there are any older structures/homes on the land that would be considered historical?
