I'd rather purchase in person instead of online for duty gear. Does anyone know of any stores that sell level 2/3 duty holsters, duty belts (nylon or leather), batons, pepper spray, and handcuffs? Or do I just have to buy online? Thank you.

Oh, and can someone recommend a place to get a .40 caliber semi-auto? I know Dury's gives a discount to LE and armed security, but the place seems expensive.

For gear try Nardis.

I am sure you know about Sterling's.

I saw something called Southwest Public Safety online that has a local address but I have never been to that one before.

Right up the road, and some pretty decent gear available - GT Distributors - America's Law Enforcement supply specialist

I've been to SWPS, I now go to GT's - that might tell you my opinion on it....

LOL, yeah everyone knows about Sterling's in security/LE. I've been in there a few times, but didn't check for holsters. I'm having a hard time finding duty holsters on their website. I'm going to checkout the websites of SWPS and GT distributors right now. Thank you.

I know these guys and buy all of my tactical gear from them...they do get a lot of business. You might also try the Saxet Gunshow when it comes to town.

I acutally have a level 3 holster and leather duty belt if you are interested. I am a size 4. If you are interested I will look at the size. Send me a message though. I don't get to the SA board very often anymore. I got my Glock at Drury's though. Everything else I got at a shop over off of Bandera and 410 (outside the loop). However, it's been several years and I couldnt begin to tell you the name of it.

The shop on Bandera is "Texas Guns" - generally considered to be one of the worst places to buy a gun. Those that know me will tell you I've got a pretty decent assortment of various firearms...not one of which has come from that shop, which I've entered twice in my life, without plans to make it a third time.....

Dury's is good on used Glocks, as is The Powderhorn, one of my personal favorites.

And of course there is the SAXET gun show this weekend (6-7 Nov) at the SA Event Center (410 & Marbach). Many tactical gear vendors there, may be a good place to look. Doors open at 9:00am both days...

Cheers! M2

LOL, well I could check out Texas Guns just for the gear. I looked at the classifieds on the SAXET website and found out about NRO Police Supply. None of their inventory is on their website, but I'm going to give them a call. Are there dealers buying guns at SAXET because I need to get rid of one?
