Has anyone ever bought meat from them? Are there other places in San Antonio that sell meats like buffalo, Kobe beef, venison, etc? I heard they have free tastings on Saturdays.

I drive by very often but never see any customers inside the store. Maybe they buy their food online?
Exotic Meats USA ®

I was not to excited with the selection. Some meats needs to be ordered. I think the place is way overpriced. Their food come from the same source ( see web page) and is all frozen or previously frozen.
10 lb goose for $130 ? or Venison tenderloin 8 oz for $25? And $60 for "special" shipping rate !

I noticed the prices on their website are really high, but I really don't know what's expensive or not when it comes to exotic meats.

Does Central Market really carry those kinds of meats? I haven't really checked out their meat section because the prices everywhere else scared me off, lol. But I'll check again since it's just down the street from me.

Those and others but maybe not at the same time. What you cooking anyways? I wish I could get my hands on some deer jerkey but I don't think they have it. OMG it's the best.

I just wanted some steaks or burgers. I've had venison, but I've never had buffalo and I'm curious to see how it tastes. I'm also curious about trying Kobe beef since it's supposed to be top notch.

If I had the choice between beef or buffalo I'd choose buffalo every time.

I've been there sever times and have no hesitation to go back. I enjoy their selection. try the *** steaks; very light and has a sweet taste to the meat. Must grilled medium or medium rare. I enjoy it more than buffallo.

Central Market has some frozen exotics (not much) in a display near where the cheese section starts.

Buffalo is good, but a tiny bit on the dry side. Less fat.

For awesome meat (beef) go to Bolner's on S. Flores. It's pricey but worth it.
