Long Horn Cafe has the best ones I have tasted. I know that Logans also has them. I also love them but have never made my own. Do tell how do you make them and what do you season them with?????

My favorites USED TO be at Green. They've changed the recipe from what they were when Green first opened tho, and I don't like them as well. (They seem more baked, than fried. Prolly healthier, tho. )

Smashburger's are really yummy!! Love those! (They're seasoned like their Smashfries are.)

Seems like nearly every sandwich and burger place has them now. One of my kids had them at Red Robin and they were ok. (I'm not a huge RR fan. It's just "meh".)

Loves me some Sweet Tater fries!!!!

The University Bowl snack bar on I410 and De Zavala has some to-die-for sweet potato tots. I am craving them right now.

you can just bake them, or cook them like you would regular fries if you have frying capabilities. toss with some olive oil, salt and seasonings (i use some sort of spicy mix like southwestern chipotle) and bake in single layer at about 400-450 for a half hour or until they start getting crispy and brown around the edges. toss about half way through.

thanks for the suggestions!

I like the SP fries at Fuddruckers. Gourmet Burger Grill has them, too.
