I just heard that HEB is going to build an HEB Plus at Grissom/Culebra/Tezel, then tear down the current HEB for parking in 2013.

Rumors are rampant. Got my curiosity going. I would rather see a HEB Plus rather than another Walmart.

If HEB did build there, there is plenty of parking space that would be available.

Does anyone know for sure?

Hey, while the rumors are flowing... how about a Kmart or IKEA?

Funny you mention this. The same guy that told me about Walmart mentioned that as well. Also mentioned that HEB owns the majority of the property behind Blockbuster and around Radio Shack

Default walmart on culebra and tezel?

did you hear the walmart coming where hollywood video was? that is pissing distance from HEB. that is gonna cause traffic.
