Encino Park PO.
It looks like MySA may have moved the link - it didn't work when I tried to go to it.

Encino Park PO.
Just FYI, we bypassed the Post Office Passport Fair at the Richland Hills off of Potranco last Nov...got the forms from them (FREE), refused to pay them the PROCESSING FEE they were requiring on TOP of the fees stated...then went to Walgreens and got our passport photos on the spot for about $7, took the stuff to the UPS store at HEB Plus shopping area on Potranco to send out and had it back in 10 days. We saved the $60 EXTRA they were charging. And that was in NOV when things were crazy in anticipation of the laws changing on 8 Jan!

The only recommendation I would make is DO send it Return Receipt Requested so you can verify when they actually received it!!!

Ready for our 8 country tour next month! (Not bad for an uncultured Texas hick, huh???)

When we renew, we mail it in (download forms & print, photos at Costco). HOWEVER, children must appear IN PERSON, and would need to be seen at a post office, as there are no passport offices in San Antonio. And the normal PO PP hours are M-F 9-3.
