I'm not sure, but Weston just announced they broke ground on a 32 story tower last month.

We have the following under construction, approved, or proposed. It is a slow slog if you like buildings but the density is nice.

Continental Apartments, 16 floors, 169 feet - Approved
Jefferson Bank HQ, 13 floors, 178 feet - U/C
Floodgate, 17 floors, 212 feet - U/C
1031 Navarro St., 30 floors, 325 feet - proposed
300 Main, 32 floors, 400 feet - U/C

Dream Hotel complex - proposed

There are also 4 buildings at or 10 stories around the pearl proposed or or under construction.
