Does anyone know if the development called either Hills of Castle Rock or Rancho Chapparal is a for sure thing? I know it was up for approval about a year ago, but I can't find anything definite on it. Here is the link to the developers website:

Not if the residents of the area have anything to say about it. The fight continues! We are contesting the TCEQ decision to discharge effluent from the sewage plant into the creek. And I have heard that there's a for sale sign for that property.
