I'm so happy Billy T's is opening again. I love their bean burgers! The only reason I would go to Alamo Heights Night was for their mini bean burgers. YUM!!!

I heard scudder made a killing selling this property on austin hwy. I think the original plan was to use his property along with the large property next door (old nursery) to open large retail (target???)

obviously that fell through, as an office building is almost complete where the nursery used to be. I am glad scudder made a fortune, only to keep the existing building as is. Glad to see bt's is going to be reopening. I have missed my beanburgers!!!

Billy T's will be open for business on Wednesday, March 17. It is located in the Carousel Court shopping center across the street from the Oak Park HEB (where Le Peep used to be). The address is 1896 Nacogdoches. The menu is exactly the same and even some of the old employees will be back. So everyone please come by and have a beanburger again.
