Boerne Folks--No More Happy Endings?
Not since the cops got a tip about a Craigslist ad offering 'happy endings' in Boerne.

LOL That would be a great idea!
What inquiring minds want to know is who took them up on their offer? Could be interesting.

I think this is really great news that the law enforcement types are on the lookout for these establishments. It does not look to be the case with this particular bust, but so many of these "massage parlors' are part of human trafficking rings. These girls are promised back home that they will be transported to the US and given jobs as secretaries or maids or waitresses, only to find themselves essentially enslaved to the people who brought them over and forced into sex work at these types of places.
I hope the law enforcement agencies in South Texas continue to work to shut these places down.

I was watching an MSNBC report re: sex slaves in the U.S. last night. Unfortunately, it's not only women from foreign countries, but U.S. underaged girls, as well. The police interviewed in the report also indicated that when a face is blurred on an internet ad (i.e. Craigslist, Eros, etc.), it's a sure sign that the girl is underaged. The pimps know if they post the girl's face, they also face kiddie porn charges.

I bet the cops followed a speeder on I-10 to this massage location and killed two birds with one stone. (speeding and prostitution).

At our last assignment, on an island. Happy Ending parlors were on every street. You knew not to o there for a deep tissue at.all. They operated well into the night and got good business from the military, the Japanese tourists, and the Navy folks in port.
One nimrod in my husband's squadron tried to get my regular massage therapist ON BASE to give him a 'personal massage' eh?? She told him hell no and to get off of her table. He told her that he went downtown for them and once his wife was even waiting in the lobby for him!! She had no clue what type of place it was. (As if the neon lighting and covered doors and windows weren't a major scooby clue.Ha! Yea got reported up the chain for that mess. I'd see him in the grocery story and my skin would crawl .
In this topic, I want to know who the clients were?

I wonder about that, too. I mean, there wouldn't be a supply, if there wasn't a demand, now would there?
