Apparently there was a drive-by shooting at one of the houses just on the other side of my backyard early yesterday morning.
(In Silver Oaks Subdivision.) I slept right through it. My next door neighbor said it scared the crud out of her...thought someone was banging on her door trying to get in, it was SO loud...woke her from a dead sleep at 5:30 in the morning. Rumor is it was a jilted ex who came and shot the vehicle up of the "new guy." I've been keeping an eye on the news but I haven't seen anything about it.

higher the humidity the curlier my kiddo's hair gets. Love when people ask if I curl her hair. Ahh.. Let's see: It's a minor miracle if I actually get the kids dressed AND fed before throwing them in the car in the morning (just shove a handful of cereal in your mouth! Do it. Do it!!). And you think I'm curling this baby's hair intentionally?? The answer would be, "Are you kidding me??"

(In Silver Oaks Subdivision.) I slept right through it. My next door neighbor said it scared the crud out of her...thought someone was banging on her door trying to get in, it was SO loud...woke her from a dead sleep at 5:30 in the morning. Rumor is it was a jilted ex who came and shot the vehicle up of the "new guy." I've been keeping an eye on the news but I haven't seen anything about it.
