Dude, that's why you need to stick around here longer...that story already has been posted in this forum via sapphire. Now, be good and go give her a rep.

Just had that discussion with otherhalf a coupla days ago, after one of those commercials. Dunno if he got my drift, tho.
What if they're fat and bald

LOL!!! Then they aren't in the running. They gotta either get in shape, or go buy some hair. That's what I was *trying* to get across to otherhalf ~ ya see all these guys on the "hair club" commercials talking about how getting a rug has changed their life. I say, "get in shape dude! You'd look better than with that rug on your head!" Otherhalf thinks that men obsess over hair (errrr.... the lack of?) because it's something outta their control. eh. <shrugs>

That's interesting. I've been to that area and have toured the old Spanish missions across the border. Very eerie. There were major snake issues, too. The border checkpoint was very isolated and small...it was so easy to sneak across if one wanted.

Anyone know the customary length of time for leaving an advertisement sign in the yard after work is done?

As soon as the truck pulls away from the curb?

No, I don't have an answer, but I hate those signs.

Someone in our neighborhood has a sign in their yard advertising "Home Daycare--Learning Enviroment" that just makes me want to scream! I don't think I want you learnin' my kid nothin'.

I'm not for sure but I would leave it about a week unless they want to pay you for advertising.
