Nope.......and she was born and raised way up in Northern Ontario. Sioux Lookout......now she lives in California, because.....she hates the cold!

I am just fine. Winding down from a semi-busy, semi-relaxed day. Housework and playing with my dog, went for 2 walks, and now I'm chillin'.

And you?

Default Brown fat!!

Did anyone see the bozo that they interviewed the other day about BROWN FAT?? It was so silly. He said that brown fat is stored in the back of the neck. They are apparently fat cells with little "engines" that burn faster than regular fat. Thin people have more of this fat with more powerful engines. When asked how this helps people, he said brown fat works better in colder temperatures. His suggestion was to turn the thermostats down to 58 to 60!

And that's how they left it! This guy was some doctor or idunno...it was weird....and NON helpful!

see, that's why it's better to live in a cold environment. I was my ideal weight in Michigan and it changed when I moved to Florida.

BTW, free wings! http://www.buffalowildwings.com/brackets/brackets.pdf
they don't have any calories of course
