Someone on this board mentioned a while ago that every new strip center must have a Subway and a nail salon. Well, at Stone Oak Pkwy. and Hardy Oak across from Aldaco's, the two are sitting right next to each other. I had to laugh.

How many Subways and nail salons are there in SA? 1000? 2k?

LOL Subways are being incorporated into stores more these days, it seems. But nail salons...that is so true. EVERY strip mall has one. :O

The nail salon thing isn't just a San Antonio thing - it seems to be everywhere.

Good, as far as fast food goes I love Subway.

I might like nail salons more if nail polish didn't chip faster than I can blink.

Also I can verify nail salons and Subways being prevalent elsewhere. Near my parent's house in Tucson, Arizona is a shopping center where both are present, and there's at least a couple more nail salons in nearby shopping centers. Probably some more Subways hiding out too.

Now that I think about it I'm surprised I haven't seen more women eating Subway while getting a pedicure.

I grew up in a town of 900 people, and they just got a Subway. They're EVERYWHERE.

No Asian nail salons, though. Yet.

Nail salons are everywhere, but I don't know anyone who uses a nail salon.

I do know people who eat at Subway.

Bowie, I get a pedicure at Nails by Mai every 3 weeks. The only Subway I eat at is here on campus.

Now you know someone who uses a nail salon.
