There is a sticky at the top of the city list. It has all the information you may need.
You don't give enough information about what you need. Cost of renting, buying, commute times wanted? What do you want to know?
Santa Rosa St. is downtown on the west side of downtown. The biggest emplyer would be Santa Rosa Hospital. The hospital has a relocation office for nurses. If your going to work at Santa Rosa, give the relocation office a call for information.

Actually that's what I am going to do but while I can spare a few days before the scheduled interview, I need to have some ideas from people who are living or who had lived so I can visit there websites and see there features/amenities,what areas/apartments to avoid, not too fancy, not too cheap, are apartments here include washer and dryer,or the water included in the monthly rate,do they use electric range? because the last time we inquired and moved to an apartment they informed us its gas but when we get there they use electric and we cannot back out already because our things will be delivered to that address. We didnt have any idea at all we came from the east coast at that time.

So simply, we just need some names/suggested that's all. Thanks!
